In preparation for our 2024 SDCCE Convention in Orlando, Florida we are happy to launch our Electronic Voting platform. This is a new endeavor and we hope it will add transparency, integrity, and efficiency to our voting process. We are encouraging everyone to register ahead of time. Waiting to register on site will not allow you to vote.

 

To make this process work we will need everyone's cooperation to follow the following steps:

1. All members must register for each house they are affiliated with by June 21, 2024, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not register, you cannot vote.

 

2. Please make sure you complete all requested information on the registration form accurately.

 

3. Everyone MUST have a working email address listed when they register and you must maintain that email for the link for voting to be sent to you when it's time to vote. 

 

4. Everyone's email must be separate. You can not share emails for the purpose of voting. If you don't have an email address you will need to create one for your own personal use. ONE UNIQUE EMAIL PER REGISTRANT (The names and offices of each candidate in nomination will be already listed on the ballot).

 

The dates for open voting will be sent on July 1, 2024 and members will have at least five (5) days to complete the voting process. The results of the election will be presented at the end of each meeting and the installation of officers will take place at that time.

 

Once you submit your vote for a department you will not be able to go back and change your vote. (The nomination process will be sent in a separate email).
